Rise telecoms has the worst service

I repeat- do not sign up for this service. You will have an issue, try all avenues to contact them with no luck of getting through to any of the agents. One then contacts me back hours later telling me they’ve escalated with a third party, no ETA as to when the issue will be resolved infact they tell me I could have called as if I didn’t try all day! Plz trash service! Do not sign up!
