1. They take time to pick up their calls. Sometimes you can go days without getting anyone via calls 2. Their wifi has to be the worst wifi I have ever used. Using a link to login and if that link does not go through it means you won’t have wifi. They do not utilise the normal way of login in. 3. I have been offline for almost 3 days with the same issue of a link that does not work yet I keep getting told that it has been fixed or escalated. All my devices cannot connect. 4. Not suitable for studying or working or for streaming online. 5. Gave it one star because you can’t rate below than that. Worst wifi service provider of all time.
