Rise on the Rise

The service has improved a lot from last year and the responses when we request help are attended to especially Mr Jose Mosaola, the night shift lad, he really owns our queries and updates us until we are sorted. The day time guys bluetick us and keep tossing us until we give up. Rise Wi-Fi is more user friendly especially now that load shedding subsided. I will keep recommending it to friends and family.
