Rise Connect WiFi

Poor customer service. I have not been able to connect to the WIFI Rise Connect since 15th September. They promised to send a technician but I am still waiting and unfortunately paying for the WiFI in Rivonia. The lag time to send a technician is lengthy and they don't promise an ETA so you end up waiting whole day for no technician to arrive.
