Poor customer service , im so.frustrated

I created an account on the 1 November 2025 I was supposed to make a payment or buy vouche today on the 1st December 2025 , gor some weird reason I kept on getting error messages when I try to click on pay, I then re subscribe with the same info which it allowed me, the internet worked for few minutes and stopped required me to login which I did but its not working can you please delete the 1st subscription as it shows that I need to pay.

You guys dont answer calls, answer email or your whats app line you can simple refund me coz I cant deal with this since the internet is not connecting.
