One star is too high for this useless company

As someone who teaches online to earn a primary source of income and pay my rent and bills, Rise Wi-Fi has been the source of so much stress and anxiety this year.

You are incredibly lucky to go more than a day or two without any issues and when they do occur rest assured they are there to persist. I cannot count how many times I have awoken ready to connect and begin teaching only to be thrown under the bus with an already authorizing" issue. This issue may last a few minutes if you're lucky but it usually lasts a few hours.

To give you an idea of the competence of their support line. I once messaged them and told them about the "already authorizing" issue I was experiencing and their support agent told me to restart my router. I kindly told them that my router is on the ceiling of my apartment and it doesn't even have any buttons on it and their response was simply to repeat their answer and tell me to restart my router. How can I do this if the router has no effing buttons???

As I type this review I had to buy a daily voucher because my devices have been refusing to connect since last night because of an "already authorizing" issue. This past weekend my girlfriend and I intended to stay indoors and watch movies but beginning of Friday night the connection disappeared and only returned on Sunday afternoon around 3 pm what was the issue you may ask? ''Already effing authorizing" . Really curse this company to hell and back🤬🤬🤬🤬. My work has upgraded its teaching platform and I cannot use my mobile data on my phone as a backup anymore.I now have no choice but to start looking for a backup wi-fi. Such an unnecessary expense. I just wish I could type all the vulgar language I'm thinking about right here. Damn useless people
