Non functional networks

We've had no functional connection to the internet in almost a week if not two weeks now , all their networks keep saying "connected without internet" , outside of WhatsApp tick tock - social media baisically you cannot use the network for anything else , Horrible horrible service - do not recommend 🚮. If it was possible to rate no stars at all I'd be doing just that . And the infuriating part is this has been ongoing for almost 3 years now. And they just refuse to better their networks!
