No wifi Internet for 3 weeks under Rise telecoms

Hi am a tenant at Mafadi properties Jeppestown 27 Madison Street

I've been complaining about the last few weeks of the WiFi connection in my floor nothing has been done I've seen emails from you guys to the building caretaker to send a technician but 3 weeks have passed, my kids can't even visit me course my TV is a smart TV uses WiFi.

As a tenant in the building I'm not happy with your company services.
