No service at all and no response.

I app**** for unlimited wifi internet last week Thursday when I moved to a new place Purchase Place in an ithemba Building. They told me to fill the form and paid up. Up today I have received any login details from them and I'm missing out on work and my sister is not able to do online school, I even tried to email them and tried to call but im not getting any response for help from them.
