No Response from Support & Ongoing Fibre Errors – Extremely Frustrating Service

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Maboneng Fibre. My fibre connection constantly gives error messages, making it very unreliable. I work remotely, and a stable internet connection is essential for me to do my job smoothly. Unfortunately, this has not been the case.

What makes this even more frustrating is that when I try to report the issue to support, their system also gives an error. So not only is the fibre not working properly, but I cannot even log a support request without encountering problems.

The response time to queries is very slow, and the overall service has been highly ***********. This situation is affecting my work and productivity.

I expect this matter to be resolved within 24 working hours. If not, I will continue to post daily reviews until it is addressed.
