Internet connection

This has to be the worst wifi I have never used. They don't respond to complaints the will open to a ticket and close it without helping you. I don't even wanna talk about their agents. It's been 2 weeks my TV it's not connected to wifi and am not getting any help from them.. I wouldn't recommend this wifi to any one their service is 0
