I would like to convey my profound disappointment and poor customer service experience.

I am very disappointed with these rise wifi telecoms that my building is using since they were updating the wifi last month I have been disconnected since then. I don't know what did they change from then I am still not connected and I ended up buying my own data because I have been facing this wifi issue for weeks now and nothing is being done about it. And the agents from Rise wifi mabong have been calling me and giving me the same troubleshooting steps that I have done already and are not working even went to a point whereby they ask for my phone's IP address and wifi Mac address but still there is no resolution to this issue.
