Good product but the service is the worst ever

I live in the Maboneng/ City & Suburban area and my building has wifi hotspot powered by Rise which we pay each have to pay for as we need it to work from home given the recent pandemic. The connection is reliable 80% of the time but on the 20% where it's off it's usually all day without any warning or communications. You never know when it will be restored or even if they're aware of it and it's being attended to. They NEVER pick up the phone when you contact their support line or even respond to messages you leave on the web form. Today (9-November-2020) the internet has been down all day at Eyethu house and you can get hold of the accountable people or even get a mere explanation.
