I am extremely dissatisfied with the WiFi service I have been receiving. The connection has been terrible for the past two months, and despite repeatedly reporting the issue, nothing has been done to resolve it.

Your WhatsApp customer service is equally frustrating, as it appears to be automated and keeps repeating the same responses without providing any real assistance or a proper solution.

I am essentially paying for a service that I cannot use properly, yet I still have to buy mobile data every week just to stay connected. This is unacceptable, as I should not have to incur additional costs for a service I am already paying for.

I need this issue to be taken seriously and resolved as soon as possible. Please either fix the WiFi problem or cancel my subscription. I am no longer willing to continue paying for a service that does not meet the standard I am paying for.

I expect a proper response from someone who can actually assist me, rather than another automated message repeating the same thing.
