Do not use this service if you need peace of mind!

I have a ticket raised since 30 Oct at 5:56, till today it's not resolved. Their wifi connects and disconnects, when it eventually connects you can even access the internet - just says " connected - no internet connection" on all my devices. Spoke to Josie said they'd send technicians a month later no one comes. Do not use this service if you need peace of mind!
