Was struggling with no Wi-Fi for about 2 months until a persistent and consistent agent named Gugu helped me out a lot by carefully running me through the necessary steps and always checking to see if the steps worked or not. No time wasted at all!! Consistent until she got my Wi-Fi working again as if it was her Wi-Fi, I really appreciate the good customer service. : )
