BEWARE!! WORST SERVICE

I have been experiencing internet connection problems for 4 months and all Rise can say is that they are fixing the problem. But I am paying for the wifi in hopes to find it working the next day.

This is frustrating and bad customer service as nothing is being done to remedy the situation.

all Rise is good for is responding to emails with the same excuses.

WORST SERVICE !!!!
