Bad Wifi connection

Extremely disappointed with Rise Telecoms. Despite paying for a supposedly reliable connection, I've been experiencing frequent outages and slow speeds, with error messages that "Open Session Limit Reached"

Chatbot has been unhelpful, and troubleshooting efforts have been ineffective. I would not recommend Rise Telecoms to anyone seeking a reliable internet connection. Consider other options.
