Bad service

I have a monthly voucher that I bought from rise as it's the network being used by the flat I'm staying in. So i went out on sunday when I come back home the wifi had kicked me out. I try to reconnect and it refused ,I called in to ask for assistance they said I should forget network and retry again I have been contacting rise without any successful help for the past 3 days this is the 4th day I cannot connect to wifi. Tried the WhatsApp which is soo ****** pathetic. I would recommend this useless network to anyone .
