BAD SERVICE

Good day RiseWiFi Support,

I am experiencing a recurring issue with the WiFi voucher. It only works from Monday to Thursday, but consistently fails to connect on Fridays and over the weekend. I am encountering the same error again now.

I’d like to understand why this issue persists and why I have to keep following up without a lasting resolution. Reliable internet access is important, and this situation is becoming increasingly frustrating.

Please could you look into this as a priority and advise on a permanent fix?
