Bad Customer service

This people are ******..Paid for Fibre line for 2 months without getting log ins, when i finally do i'm having issues connecting my Laptop to the network, Not getting any support from consultants, Mpho Mtsi who helped with the log ins is not responding to my emails, this very frustrating as i got school work to do on my laptop. Very Irate
