****mers!!! Stay away from Resumeleader! It is *****ulent
This is a ****!! I paid once R32 Rand for a resume and now I’m being debited monthly around R700. Their AI not says they cannot locate my account yet they still debiting! Worst experience ever! Stay away from these ****mers!

This is the worst thing to ever subscribe to They debited me after purchasing a once off payment of R15 They refuse to refund me and they debited R700 from my account They respond with automatic responses They telling me they do not pick up my payment but I sent 1000 screenshots even my bank statements They refuse to refund me for something they did not disclose for purchasing a 7 day access Never ever use them I contacted my lawyers They will pay me out if it's the last thing they do I will ensure that they can't do business anymore

WORST SERVICE EVER
I am so disappointed in this service the just deducted money from my account without notifying me of such i did pay R36 for a resume redo that was fine no problem now they charging me almost R700 . I went to complain and wanted a refund and the absolutely refuse and it is against their policy . I feel this is not fair I want my money back.

Hidden Subscription After “Once-Off” CV Payment
I would strongly advise anyone considering using ResumeLeader to read all terms very carefully before entering their payment details. My experience was extremely disappointing. I signed up because I was asked to pay R15 (about US$0.80) to download my CV. Based on the information presented to me, I understood this to be a once-off payment for a specific service. At no point did I knowingly agree to a recurring monthly subscription. Only later did I discover that I had been charged R659.58 (about US$35) in connection with a membership that I was not aware I had signed up for. Had it been clearly communicated that providing my payment details for the R15 CV download would result in enrollment in a recurring subscription, I would never have proceeded. What concerns me most is the lack of transparency. The R15 payment was clear and expected, but the ongoing membership was not made sufficiently clear during the process. As a result, I have had to spend time disputing charges and requesting a refund for a service I did not knowingly intend to purchase. My advice to others is to carefully review every payment page, checkbox, and term before completing any transaction. What appeared to be a simple R15 CV download ultimately led to unexpected charges of R659.58 (about US$35). I have requested a full refund and am awaiting a resolution. Until this matter is properly resolved, I cannot recommend this service.

It's more of a **** to bait people and then debit there accounts
Its a **** they debit you before the trial is over and then take a full years subscription and not for the month as initially proposed!!! They debited large amounts without my consent and then said its for a whole year then when I tried to cancel promised 40 percent off and when I agreed they just debited my account again with another large amount as well as an initial debit amount. Altogether debited my account 3 times for amounts and says I agreed and they were transparent but they were not. I am appalled and completely disgusted. I will share my views on this as well as my transparency about this service. It's more of a **** to be honest

Resume leaders deducts unnecessary amounts
I'm unhappy with the service i got from resume leaders, today I'm charged double or triple the amount i paid jus to create a resume online, they wana offer me what they see is best for them , when i refuse I'm literally being ignored all my emails are being ignored, i would rather retype a resume with my laptop word by word than doing a quick resume online, jus not to be charged double amounts of money hey, No this is not fair it's either they change their policies or alot of customers will be unhappy with them deducting unnecessary amounts from our cards.
