Resume leaders deducts unnecessary amounts

I'm unhappy with the service i got from resume leaders, today I'm charged double or triple the amount i paid jus to create a resume online, they wana offer me what they see is best for them , when i refuse I'm literally being ignored all my emails are being ignored, i would rather retype a resume with my laptop word by word than doing a quick resume online, jus not to be charged double amounts of money hey, No this is not fair it's either they change their policies or alot of customers will be unhappy with them deducting unnecessary amounts from our cards.
