PERFECT SERVICE!!!!!!
Guys....... I would just like to express my experience at Renew It Sandton,,,,,, I booked my husband's vehicle in for repairs,and from the receptionist to the client service advisors are AMAZING!!! I was very stressed about the situation and not knowing the process ,hence the amazing team made it so easy that I actually had NOTHING to worry about ,,,,,,Guys the team even got the vehicle delivered to me!!!!! The repairs fit the image of the team ,,,,, PERFECT!!!!!

Renew- it Sandton Poor Workmanship
I received my vehicle from Renew-it Sandton last Friday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the repair work. The vehicle originally had a severely damaged front passenger-side rim, a ripped tyre, and a broken front bumper. When I inspected the vehicle on collection, I was shocked to find that the rim had simply been cosmetically repaired and returned to me despite still being buckled. The wheel is a diamond-cut rim and, in my opinion, should have been replaced rather than poorly repaired. I also noticed that where the damaged front spoiler meets the body of the vehicle, the new bumper was not properly painted. It is difficult to understand how a brand-new bumper could be returned with such obvious paint defects. What concerns me most is the apparent lack of quality control. These issues were visible upon a basic inspection and should never have been missed or accepted as completed work. I have lost confidence in the workmanship and inspection standards at this branch. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone using Renew-it Sandton to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before accepting delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and would not trust them with my vehicle again.

Renew it sandton terrible customer service and experiance
Terrible service from them ...I hit a pot hole two tyres and two rimz are damaged car was taken by my insurance to them its been almost 3 weeks car still not done they dont call you and give you false information about your car ...my car did not need panel beating but apprently ins been in the panel area and its going to be assembled...they are to big and cant handle the amount of work ...personally I thing they are overwhelmed with work that all customers dont seem important ...its a shame that insurance companies trust big companies like this but they give us customers Terrible service .
