Renew- it Sandton Poor Workmanship

I received my vehicle from Renew-it Sandton last Friday and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the repair work.

The vehicle originally had a severely damaged front passenger-side rim, a ripped tyre, and a broken front bumper. When I inspected the vehicle on collection, I was shocked to find that the rim had simply been cosmetically repaired and returned to me despite still being buckled. The wheel is a diamond-cut rim and, in my opinion, should have been replaced rather than poorly repaired.

I also noticed that where the damaged front spoiler meets the body of the vehicle, the new bumper was not properly painted. It is difficult to understand how a brand-new bumper could be returned with such obvious paint defects.

What concerns me most is the apparent lack of quality control. These issues were visible upon a basic inspection and should never have been missed or accepted as completed work.

I have lost confidence in the workmanship and inspection standards at this branch. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone using Renew-it Sandton to thoroughly inspect their vehicle before accepting delivery. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them and would not trust them with my vehicle again.
