Worst ISP! Extremely poor support! No after hours support

I thought they would have improved by now. They are still the worst. WiFi has been down for an entire day and their support line is useless. They do not have an after hours support division like ALL other ISP’s. They work until 14:00 on Saturday and no one on sundays. This is unacceptable, especially for a service provider that is so unstable.
