Worst internet service provider i have ever come across, try your luck elsewhere

Under no circumstances do I advise anyone to use this company, let me put it this way, I have received better connections, service, and feedback from Telkom, yeah .. that bad. The outages alone are reason enough to not even consider them, they happen frequently and in inopportune times, and if you are lucky to get through to the consultants, they couldn't even be bothered to help you, just speaking with a half-assed sorry, and no intention of fixing any issues. I regret the day I took out a contract with them, and I am counting down to when I can terminate the contract
