Worst ever had no support agents even.

I have been with Rapidnet for a year and u have been having problems since day one until their dish fell only then did they send someone to fix the connection outside and now only one device can connect the others will show full coverage but no connection at all I attempted whatsaping then but was told to switch off my router and back on I advised I have done that but still nothing and then I was ignored I tried calling 3hours later after the silence I was on the line for more than 15minutes with no answer. Worst ever to think I have referred so many people to them I regret it because they have become my stress from this people also complaining.
