Worst Business/Service Ever

It's been two months now since I first inquired for an installment, the people eventually came to my house to test coverage. they said "It will work". Two days later i get a email that says my area is not covered and unfortunately i could not be helped are be able to use the broadband.

First of all : Your phones are never available, how do you run a business without communication? Second: If i make an appointment and you agree on it, write it down or put it in your system, i shouldn't be the client that follows up with you. I shouldn't be the one taking time off to sit and wait for you on YOUR available time and you never even show up. Thirdly: Do not tell me it will work and then email me it wont, do you want my money or business or not???

I will be looking elsewhere. Thank you for wasting my time. I do NOT recommend this company at all. Cheap prices, Cheap Service.
