The worst ISP in SA

Their support doesn't work,

They don't have a backup power,

They are more expensive compared to other ISPs.

And our complex has signed and agreement with them. Why we can't use other ISPs because of these two parties agreement?

How did rapidnet get their licence when they can't provide an Internet?
