Terrible terrible support! Absolutely ridiculous!

I've been with Rapidnet for over 18 months and sometimes experienced issues, where they were quick to fix it, but now I've had enough!!!

It's currently 6:57pm and I didn't have internet the whole day! Phoned support earlier and was told that something is wrong with our sector. My wife and kids are home the whole day and could not access the internet. Support phoned me back stating the sector is fixed, but when I arrived home - still no internet! Phoned support now and it goes to voicemail! Phoned now again and kept being told my call is now first in line. The phone then rings and then the same message again over and over for 10 minutes! Terrible terrible service for a long standing paying customer!
