Terrible customer service

No internet connection for a week from 14th -22nd January 2024. I have called, emailed, what'suped but no help us been received. Accept standard response. Calls get dropped even if you end up speaking to a person they cannot get you help. I have so far spoken to Ryan, Benjamin, Vischen but nothing I am still sitting in limbo.
