Steer clear of this company

No Service/ intermittent service. No communication on all platforms. Service phone line drops without getting through to technicians. Since we started with rapidnet we have had constantly poor service. 10mbps line running at 0.6mbps - worse still, this in the exact same office park their head offices are in. No hope for this company.
