Rubish service
It has been by far the worst sevice i have received in a very long time. I am paying for a 10mbps line and the speed i get is 0.65mbps. I have spoken to so many technicians and they all think it is a big joke. Please people dont waste your money for 3 weeks especially after 5pm wifi as slow as 0.36mbps why do i have to even pay for the next month God only knows. Consumer act will love this company.

21 Oct 2018, 06:31It is around 6am and i dida speed test guess what in runnung at 5mbps and im paying for 10mbps after 3 sectors three weeks of fighting with technicians i still have this problem. I will post all emails between ne and rapidnets techs on my blog and facebook.
