Regular outages

I have the 5mbps package. Great when it works. But I have regular problems where I have to reboot the modem because the connection fails. This weekend I had a day's outage, support didn't do anything and when I asked why they don't communicate outages, was told it's not a big enough outage. After a day of it working again, today it was off for 1 hour and almost stagnant all morning. Support is ignoring me while my 5mbps line gives 8kbps download. I've had more outages in 2 months than the last provider in 2 years. If I wanted such poor service I'd have joined Telkom. AVOID.
