They are the worst ISPs ever. They signed an agreement with the complex, and we cannot have an access to other ISP companies. When there is load shedding we do not have electricity, whether you have an inverter or not.

The availability is zero, they do not provide support when you call customer support.

They are the worst ISP company I have ever seen so far.
