Rapidnet Useless

Hi, I am Malcolm Moses, I have the Rapidnet Broadband uncapped 5meg line. At first I could Stream 3 devises with no issue and it was a stable 5meg speed. Now I get a speed of 1meg and cannot stream on 1 devise. I have contacted the support crew who keeps resetting the server etc and nothings happens. This is unacceptable if Rapidnet cannot supply the service and speeds for 2 weeks then I should not pay for 2 weeks.
