******* after paying the relocation fee the technician comes out looks at my house and said sorry no signal and left n month later after batlleing with Shantel from rapidnet I hired a third party and wow they found signal installed the system just for Shantel to block me and force me to cancel my contract because rapidnet did not move the system sorry but after three attempts from me to get them to assist and after paying them which is according to them non refundable and they still did not help me I would not recommend them to anyone else absolutely pathetic and dishonest
