Rapidnet , probably the worst service on planet

They are absolutely pathetic. I dont even get half the speed they say and 0.08 mbps upload speed on their 10mbps line. What a joke. And the help line ? I had a support ticket open for a month !!! And when you eventually reach them after a ****load of money spent on call time they come up with stupid excuses like the line is being shared between multiple devices, DUHH but the line as a whole is still supposed to pull in a certain speed. So dont even think of using them , you are better of with telkom
