Rapidnet- poor service provider

I have been a user of rapid net for the last 4 months. Their customer service is excellent when it comes to getting sales. On the other hand, service delivery is poor. There are constant internet loss on a daily basis. They do not provide the speed of internet that is chosen in your contract. My 5MBPS line runs as 0.1MBPS when I do a speed test. They fail to answer the phones and when they respond to emails, there is always an excuse that they have xyz problems. Paying for a service that I am not receiving is unacceptable and for this, I award them with 1 star. (0 stars if it were possible)
