Rapidnet poor service and ripoff

Rapidnet is a ripoff, they charge us for no service. Their network is unstable and slow. Now they have added a late payment charge of 99rand on a pay as you go service. What nonsense is that? I asked them to move my billing date to the 25the and they refused now they are charging me for something they caused. I regret taking this network and whoever wants to join them should runnnnn.

Their network is very slow, I pay for 20mbs but I get less than 5mbs speed which is a ****. Network is always offline and my work gets affected. Im so disappointed
