RAPIDNET POOR SERVICE !!!!

This company does not even deserve a 1 start rating. in the Town of Umkomaas kzn, they frequently have fiber issues and blame their upward or download providers. Its an ongoing problem, I joined them in August and have complained almost every week for a problem. IF YOU CONIDERING FIBRE DO YOUR HOMEWORK, and check all reviews and see what others are saying .... Rapidnet is quick to respond with a blame on their providers, but fail to seek a better service for their customers. They are also very apologetic, yet the issues continue. Oh and do not forget you still have to pay your full monthly subscription even when you were not able to access the service you pay for. !!
