Rapidnet pathetic support service

My internet connection is off line since i got home @15:30. I tried to phone them, was put on hold for assistsnce after 10 mins I hang up. I whatsapp on the whatsapp nr almost 10 times- no assistance. 19: 00 i phoned again and got hold of Ben, that promised me he will find out what is going on and will phone me back....almos 2 hr 30 mins later and still no feedback! I think the support service is pathetic! At least just get back to the clients and inform us what is wrong. This is a service that we pay for every month and need wifi to do work and school projects etc. And this is the service that you get - none.
