Rapidnet pathetic service

We are not connected for almost 9 hrs. When phoning them you are holding the line for 10 mins and no body from support is answering you're call. I used the WA to communicate, the keep on saying there is a problem- not what the problem is. When I asked if someone is looking into the problem, yes the Tech. No feedback received for hours. Sending another WA, message came back the operating hours is 8 -17:00. Really?? So this the service that the customers pay for! Pathetic.!! Some of us have work to do on the laptop and needs the wifi. This is almost a week now going like this every day for a few hours. Today is taking the cake! I would not recommend Rapidnet to anyone
