Rapidnet, one big ****

Good day.

The support on rapidnet is absolutely pathetic!! I can never get through on the phone and have a support ticket that has been open for over a month now!! I have the biggest package that you guys offer which makes me think Im a premium user but I dont receive any support or the service I pay for !!

I am having 2meg download and 0.03meg upload speed on a 10mbps line ?? Are you guys going to pay for the work Im losing ?? You guys are ******** people into a contract and then not delivering the service which you say ( false adverti*****t ).

Be sure that I will cause problems for you guys and I am going to write and post the evidence on every single page there is.

Find attached the evidence you guys so falsely promote.
