RAPIDNET NOT RAPID

From the moment Rapidnet installed the necessary equipment I had signal issues, especially opening any attachment. When you want to open attachments you get a message "no signal". I sent a lot of mails explaining the situation and then they reply with "you have got a ticket" which I CANNOT OPEN. They are unwilling to pick up a phone to clarify this. I even got a reply from someone, on the page that explains all my problems, wanting to know what issues I have. HOW RIDICULOUS! BEWARE THEIR NAME IS A CONTRADICTION TO THEIR SERVICE except of course when it comes to taking your money every month. BEWARE!
