RAPIDNET ISNT AN ISP THEY ARE MORE NSP (NON SERVICE PROVIDER)

This company must be the worse i ever had to deal with. i signed up in December 2020, since installation i have lost count of all the tickets that were created. their service is pathetic to say the least. No sign of active management to answer questions.

i originally had the 10mb line, with this i was told streaming would not be the best. but there were days were signal would constantly get interrupted.

as soon as higher speeds were available i upgraded to the speed was supposedly area capable. since then it has gone even worse. evening streaming is completely unbearable with constant buffering.

i have raised numerous tickets of which are now like sounds on a deaf ear. they always claim there is nothing wrong on their end but fail to see they aren't present at my premises in the evening to experience this.

i tried complaining to them , didn't work. next steps was a report here and then onto icasa or any other body can assist in this matter.
