Rapidnet is not a good ISP

I have bee with rapidnet for almost a year now, and all of a sudden I am just getting problems, my internet has been down for two week proir and yet no service or help regarding this, but when they want money from you they have no problem reaching out to you. Also the support line ********** 169 must be the worst support line ever, the person on standby or whatever, picks the phone up and makes like he is not hearing you. I mean howbold are you. So far Rapifnet has been no help at all and quite frankly just ****ing me off at this stage...
