Rapidnet is hopeless

I must say signing up is the most effortless thing however the follow up service is the worst I have received from an isp. I have had constant drops in the last 2 weeks and each time I have to call in. It cost me more making calls than my monthly subscription.i am given silly excuses and always told give the support agent a few minutes and they will resolve it. What type of bull**** service is that? If I pay for a service it shouldn't require me to constantly call in. Get a tech out and resolve the issue its that simple. But for the support techs thats like asking them to move a mountain. Most unprofessional staff ever!!!
