Rapidnet is a nightmare

Worst customer service. Calls aren't answered, no one ever comes to check what's wrong. The network is buffering and slow every afternoon and you'll be told to restart and switch on after 10mins. My speed is supposed to be 10mbps but always around 5mbps.

Stay away from this network if you want peace of mind.
